Yes. The Basic plan gives you full access to the visual builder, all basic blocks, entity binding, styling, and the marketplace with a limited number of downloads. You can create and publish as many cards as you want — no time limit.

Pro Maker is a one-time purchase that includes all Pro features (animations, responsive containers, advanced blocks) with 12 months of updates. Pro Cloud is a subscription that includes everything in Pro Maker, plus cloud backup, unlimited marketplace downloads, AI generation, and priority support — always up to date.

Your cards are always yours. If you cancel Pro Cloud, you revert to the Basic custom integration version and the Basic plan. You keep all your existing cards and can continue using the builder, but if you have used some advanced functionalities available only in the Pro version, these will be no more visible. Cloud backup and other Pro Cloud-exclusive features will no longer be available.

The Basic plan and Pro Maker have a dynamic download limit that grows as your cards are downloaded by the community. When you cancel Pro Cloud and return to a free or Pro Maker account, the limit resets to the base amount. If you have downloaded more cards than your new limit allows, any cards exceeding the limit will not be usable. You'll need to remove extra downloaded cards to stay within your limit. Additionally, any duplicated cards originating from marketplace downloads will also not be usable. Extra copies beyond the original will count toward your limit and, if they exceed it, will be disabled. To stay within your limit, you’ll need to remove these duplicates as well.

Every time one of your shared cards reaches a download milestone, you unlock a new download slot. Specifically, for every 100 downloads on a single card, you earn one download slot. The key is that the threshold is per-card, not cumulative across all your cards — so if you have one card with 65 downloads and another with 70, you don't get a slot yet. But when one card hits 100 downloads, you get a slot. When it hits 200, you get another. When it hits 300, you get a third. You can earn up to 3 slots per card. Pro Cloud subscribers bypass this entirely — they have unlimited downloads from day one.

Yes, as our community grows and more creators use CardBuilder Pro, we may increase the download threshold to ensure fair rewards for the most creative users. However, any threshold increase will only apply to new cards uploaded after the change. Your existing cards in the marketplace will continue to earn slots under the original threshold they were uploaded with. This protects early adopters and rewards those who build the most popular cards.

As CardBuilder Pro evolves and adds new features, we may adjust pricing in the future. However, we'll always protect your investment: the price you lock in at signup will be honored at every renewal. Price increases will only apply to new customers. If you're already a Pro Cloud subscriber, you keep your original rate as long as your subscription remains active.

Yes. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time. Switching to annual billing applies the discount to your next billing cycle.

Pro Maker includes 12 months of updates from the date of purchase. After 12 months, you can purchase an additional year of updates at any time. Your existing Pro features continue to work even after the update period ends.
